Abstract
This narrative review examines the critical role of effective communication in healthcare settings, emphasizing its impact on patient safety, satisfaction, and overall health outcomes. Effective communication is essential for establishing trust and rapport between healthcare providers and patients, facilitating the exchange of vital information regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans. The review highlights the significant consequences of poor communication, including medical errors and reduced patient adherence to treatment regimens.
